Things to see on Peaks Island

Picnic Point is between the ferry landing and the venue and is pretty but can be sandy or under water.

Cairn Beach is a ~10 minute walk past the venue and has some nice rocks, if you like rocks. No sand, so that's a plus.

Brackett Memorial Cemetery is between the ferry landing and the venue. While it may seem morbid for the occasion, it has a great view of Portland, House Island, and Fort Gorges.

Whaleback is half way around the island (approximately a 20 minute walk from the venue). It's a huge rock that looks like a whale.
